Masama has developed a new product with our partners from Bali: dried coffee cherry tea! Why? Because for each coffee bean produced, there is a dried coffee cherry thrown away…

At our partner, Made and his family in Bali, the dried coffee cherry is saved after it is peeled out of the beans. It is then sorted and packed for you to enjoy another tasteful product from our coffee trees.

Origin: Bon, Bali, Indonesia

Variety: Arabica – Cobra

Process: Natural 

Tasting notes: tamarind, hibiscus, raisins, and dried apple 

Use 1 tea bag per 220ml of water at 94⁰C, and infuse for 5 minutes. Drink hot or cold.
