What about a coffee?

The coffee cherries fermentation

At Masama, we provide only Naturally processed coffees, to limit our impact on the environment and usage of water.

The coffee cherries (on the picture on the right) are harvested manually when perfectly rippen, and directly dried on a wooden tray. The coffee beans are covered by the dried cherry until we decide that the moisture content is correct and we proceed to a hulling, to remove the dried skins and uncover the beautiful green coffee.

Flavour descriptors on coffee bags can lead to a disappointing experience…

At Masama, I have decided to give you a description of the coffee based on my favourite extractions and my own experiences. I do my best to give you a realistic idea of what you will get home, but everyone smells and tastes different worlds!
