Shipping policy

Shipping period

Adoption of a coffee tree:

Our adoptions open in November and close in July. The 2 kilograms roasted beans are sent to the customer from 4 to 12 months after the purchase.

The shipments are usually done in December.

As an example, if you order in January 2021, you will receive your roasted beans from the adopted tree in December 2021, 24h to 48h after the roasting takes place in France.

Micro-lot – 250 grams of coffee:

Masama commits to send you the best quality of our coffees. It means that we roast your beans maximum 4 days before their shipments.

Our roasting takes place once a month, so you might need to wait from 3 weeks to a few days before the roasted coffee beans arrive at your home.

As an example, our roasting takes place every 15th of the month. If you order on the 1st of January, you have to wait until the 17th to be delivered (depending on your location).

Other products:

It takes maximum 48h for us to prepare your order. If an order is placed during the week-end, the product is shipped on the next working day.

During periods of high activities, the delay of preparation of an order might be longer.

You will receive a message by email once the product is shipped and will receive a tracking number to stay informed about the status of your package.
