Some details about this Arabica coffee from Bali:

Arabica, var. Cobra

Origin: Dusun Bon, Bandung Regency, Bali, Indonesia

Altitude: 1140 meters above sea level

Transformation process: natural (drying of the beans in the whole coffee cherry, find out more here)

Roast: Medium (Suitable for slow brewing methods)

This unique batch of coffee comes from the farm of Made Sukarta and his family. They cultivate Arabica in the center of the island of Bali, in the village of Bon.

These on-the-go coffee sachets are packaged in a compostable bag.
